Having personally navigated the challenges of post-natal depression, raising three children and the breakdown of my marriages, I deeply understand the importance of cultivating and maintaining a sustainable health and wellness practice. These experiences have shaped my personal growth and fueled my professional passion for supporting others on their healing journeys.

With over 15 years of experience in the health, fitness and wellness industry, I am a qualified Health & Wellness Coach, Master NLP Practitioner, Certified Hypnotherapist, Breathwork & Meditation Facilitator, and current refresher of Certificate III Fitness. My expertise empowers clients to foster meaningful connections, improve physical fitness, and enhance overall well-being, while my approach is grounded in compassion and a commitment to creating lasting transformation.

I incorporate wellness into my own life through exercise, yoga, practicing mindfulness, conscious conversations over coffee, and enjoying long, summer days at the beach.

I hope my story serves as a reminder that it is possible to emerge from life’s challenges with a clear mind, a kind and peaceful heart, and a renewed sense of purpose.
