Please review the schedule below and book your spot in class.  If you don’t yet have a pass or credit, you can purchase one at the time of booking.

Cash is also welcome for in-person classes, though I kindly ask that you still reserve your place in advance.

To ease into class with a sense of calm, please arrive at least 10 minutes early so you have time to settle in.  For the comfort of all, I ask you switch your phone to silent on arrival.
