This class is perfect for beginners, those returning to yoga, or anyone who simply enjoys a slower, more mindful practice.
Together we will move, breathe, and reconnect with the body in a way that feels nourishing and supportive. It’s a beautiful opportunity to slow down, release tension, and care for your body and mind.
Please bring:
• Your yoga mat
• A towel to place over studio equipment
(Mats are available to purchase if needed.)
If you’re unable to attend, please cancel your reservation at least 4 hours prior to class to avoid a cancellation fee. Some classes fill quickly, and cancelling in advance allows someone else the opportunity to attend.
