A yoga-inspired class for people who want to tone without going to the gym, while enjoying the grounding benefits of breathwork, mindfulness and gentle yoga. The class blends light weights, body-weight exercises, stretching and simple yoga-based movement, inviting ease and enjoyment as you build strength, improve mobility and release tension.
Mindful breathwork is woven through the class, with guided relaxation offered at the end to help settle the nervous system. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more flexible, calmer and refreshed — balanced rather than depleted.
Ideal if you want strength and structure without loud music, mirrors or gym culture.
