Are you curious about breathwork? This is your invitation to pause, soften, and reconnect with yourself through the power of conscious connected breathing.
EXHALE is a gentle two-hour immersion designed to help you release tension, find clarity, and come home to your centre. Together, in a safe and nurturing space, we’ll journey beyond the busyness of the mind into the stillness of the heart — where healing, renewal, and connection naturally unfold.
Breathwork is an ancient practice, used across cultures to calm the mind, restore vitality, and open deeper states of awareness. By consciously connecting with the breath, we can release old patterns, integrate emotions, and return to a place of peace and clarity within.
As both a facilitator and a student of this work, I’ve experienced firsthand the healing and transformative power of breathwork. In my own journey, it has supported me through times of uncertainty, helped me process and release old wounds, and reconnected me with a deep sense of clarity and peace. It’s this lived experience, alongside my professional training, that I now share with others who feel called to explore their own breath.
What’s included:
✨ Conscious Connected Breath – guided session to release emotional and energetic tension
✨ Stillness + Reflection – time to journal and integrate your experience
✨ Light Refreshments – nourish and connect with others afterwards
✨ Heartfelt Connection – an opportunity to share and be supported in community
