A 60-minute, yoga-inspired class combining light weights, body-weight movement, gentle flow, stretches,
breathwork and meditation. Designed to awaken and tone the whole body, release tension,
and calm the nervous system.
Please bring your yoga mat and a drink of water. Mats are available to borrow if you don't have one.
