
A small group class for those who want to tone, and get stronger without going to the gym. This class blends weights, body-weight exercises, stretching, and simple yoga-inspired movements, inviting ease and enjoyment as you build strength, improve mobility, and release tension.
Mindful breathwork is woven through the class, with guided relaxation offered at the end to help settle the nervous system. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more flexible, calmer and refreshed — balanced rather than depleted.
Ideal if you want strength and structure without loud music, mirrors or gym culture.
